Path Notes:
- Finished Admin No Cost system
- Finished Admin Create All System
- Fixed positioning of Death Notice
- Players can now turn Death Notice On/Off pnrp_DeathNotice
- Hp, Sp, and End are now saved when player exits.
- SP now saved when waking up from sleep
