Rank ban appeal ( steam id: STEAM_0:1:37094006)

I was recently banned for a day (sometime around tuesday earlier this week, can't remember exactly when) for propkilling/surfing, and when I connected the following day I found I was rank banned (I think that's what it's called). So basically i'm asking someone to remove it so I can play normally again.
