Commander Narwhal Week Ban

Alright,

So Commander Narwhal had been involved in a pissing match between a few others in TBU such as John, Wii, Sy, and Arma. Apparently they robbed two individuals and Narwhal didn't cooperate during the robbery and was then shot, and he claims RDM, which it isn't.

I asked for people to stay quiet while I read through chat logs to determine if everything was legitimate yet he kept going on in OOC about it, so I kicked him. When he came back (instantly after being kicked) I warned him that I asked for some peace while I looked into the issue and he did not cooperate, and that he would get a ban if he continued on. He said "eh, doesn't mean that much to me" so I just banned him on the spot. Original length was a perma but I changed it down to a week ban within a few minutes after that because in all honesty he was pissed off and really all he did was show a lack of respect for the admins.

Anyway, this is the reason behind the ban, so this is up here for anyone's reference.

Oh yeah, I had to threaten to shut the server down as well, because of the flame war that was going on in OOC. :/
