Darksoul, I did notsay raiding was illegal, i said excessive raiding was illegal. You killed us, and then after you killed half of us you mumbled the words "this is a raid". Then a couple minutes later after we all respawned, we ventured back to the town and then you shot and killed us a second time as you where leaving even though we where all already looted dry. Now THAT is against the rules Darksoul. Also when i said I had more "Firepower" than you, that was a friendly little joke. You did not have to make it personal and bring all you fully armed soldiers to murder my whole community.

As the raid rules say, there's a 15 minute cool down for raid participants. Notice it says that (if they're still there) you can be shot again, if you venture back within that time. My best suggestion there is to watch from a distance until they've fully left. If it was a good distance from your base, then it may be an issue, otherwise, it was probably them being cautious.

LostInTheWired, we where not even close enough to see the town and they shot us down as we where cautiously moving through the desert wasteland. And Darksoul i am not posting this specifically for you or to point fingers at you, you are a nice guy and we had a cool friendly rivalry going which makes the game more fun and diverse but just sometimes you get out of hand and push things a little too far.

Well, first off..

The only admin near that raid was me, and all I did was stand at your gate and watch to keep an eye on the raid and make sure no rules were broken, and from what I saw none were, they ran in and said that they were raiding and I watched you all try and run off when they said it hence your deaths, I noticed a few of your friends from the town run back after being killed again which is breaking the rules of a Raid, I spoke to them about it and then the raid was finished, they all left, that's pretty much all I saw. I don't know about you being raided/stolen from again or somthing as I would have been busy with other things.

I don't know what you mean by people being banned for [no reason specified], I've seen it a few times but that's normally because admins either forget to type a reason in or their ban was so obvious that they don't need to specify it as the person in the wrong should know exactly why they were banned.

we where killed as we where near the outskirts waiting for them to leave. If someone murders you and takes all your belongings, when you respawn it is common logic to keep a fair distance away from the town until the raiders leave. We never entered the town, we crossed paths with them and they killed us. Note i said "We ventured back to the town" not "we arrived back at the town". Ventureing is traveling, arriving is being there. im sorry if my vocabulary confuses you.

Zante, i can understand that. You are also another respectful admin i forgot to mention. Thank you for speaking to us after the raid to ease our minds but the bad things happen usually when admins like you are not around. lol but now remember, we are speaking about me getting un-banned, not raids. Thats exactly why i posted on here.

^ thats the game, some communities are raiders not lovers. also if you all got back as he was leaving then i dont see what the problem was with him killing you, he needed to get away and after a raid i dought you guys would have been all that friendly with him so you kinda posed a threat to his escape.

Yummy, after reviewing the log file your ban is going to stay this time.
I do not see how you can say its for no reason.
You should have checked the rule about spamming Votemap also.

I am not going to go into all the details, there are too many in the log files, and I find that the ban is justified.
