Im allready Fed up with loooseing items and at the brink of not playing the server as im loosing 3 tiems the ammount that im gaining from it.

Is an RDMer, P_rop Pusher and Prop climber. i have screen shots to prove all of these things and he needs as perma ban.

he killed all 5 of my worms that i had spent lets work this out 350 x2 for worms and x 4 for the food cost, 100-100-0 x 2 for worms and 200-200 for food.

thats exactly um a FUCK TON.

I was actually willing to risk my ass on this server and going to kill this guy over and over at spawn untill he left and all i could think was "who cares if i get banned im seeing no point to play anyway" i8 have since been talked out fo doing that by jamie and now just sit in anger not being bothered to start over AGAIN for the 3rd time in a row.

I know you guys cant be on all the time, and apparently you cant refund any items iv lost, but the least you could do is perma this twat

Devil's (understandably) annoyed, I'll try my best to tell the story of this particular event.

Time it happened must have been 30 minutes - 1 hour prior to this post.

We were based at the Slums on Atomic, we had a high perimeter fence, and one barricaded entrance, which had on the front of it a sign: 'Trespassers will be eliminated'.
The Governor (|AA| DeadMau5 [TNS-SD] [RS]), jumped over the barricade and came to our front door, I promptly opened the door and killed him, for not heading the warning of the sign. He claimed this was RDM, and proceeded too immediately come back, knife me, and quickly dive through the open door to our building. Once inside he killed 5 grubs, and then owned an door inside this building, and locked himself in a small room, then claiming that we were propblocking him, despite his volunteering to go into the room.
Eventually, he used his car to glitch outside of the room, and he was killed once again. He came back several times, and every time either tried to kill us, or jump inside our base. He came back again and again, each time using a different method of annoying us: trying to run us over, propblocking our entrance, etc.
At one point he came back, bought a gun from my vendor (placed outside) and came in, gun drawn, claiming he needed to get back an item that went over our fence, he was killed again, and we explained that he should have politely asked for the item back (which when I looked, didn't even exist), instead of intruding.

The same sort of thing went on for a while before eventually he gave up.
I really want to see some sort of action taken here, this was an incredibly annoying event for us, and has set back a lot of hard work.

I don't know if you can simply take our word for it, but other well known members witnessed this, and there are some screenshots of certain things taking place, if Devil can upload them.

Finally, sorry for the long post, just want to make sure everything is thoroughly explained.

Okay, well I have looked into this and I believe their claim is true. First off I can confirm that The Govenor did run into their base and take a door. I received this conclusion from what was left of their base when I got on. It showed me that their building was not easily able to be broken into. I talked with Zea and here is what he said:

So from what evidence I can gather I would approve a ban request for The Govenor (|AA| DeadMau5 [TNS-SD] [RS). I know Eldar and Lost are looking into it as well so they can check the logs and maybe have a better understanding than myself so its up to them.

will there be any chance i can get a refund on my worms? iv lost a hell of alot allready due to that world cache problem and im not getting those items back any time soon, so id love for at least getting my worms back :/
