Random Ban?

I just finally get into the server, right when the game loads up and i get that info page, this pops up. Permabanned (No Reason Specified)
Please tell me why this happened, i used to play on this server before we went GM 13.

a lot of random bans lately, kinda curious who's doing it.
if you can give me your steam id i can look into it more

Its possible that his name was similar to someone who was being banned at the time when using the /ban command

It's in as a permaban on RCON, not sure if i'm allowed to remove it, i'll wait for an owner to tell me to, if that's alright

I have two questions. What is RCON.
And why would someone ban me when i finally join after many months?

from what i know, by um using my eyes and reading. your name may well have been mistaken for someone elses or you could have been random banned by an admin of which apparenlty is doing it alot.

and RCON is a way of seeing the server and doing other such things with it without the need to be playing the server itself. basically remote console!

OH! oh, I wish I was here earlier. From what I remember, this guy was the guy who stabbed me, killed me, and kept going. While I may have mistook the name, I don't believe I did, but I digress...
