Dust/Radiation Storms

ive had this idea in my heaad for quite a while actually never really seemed important enough to put up on here. but i was thinking maybe every in game (other) day there would be some kind of storm (Dust/Radiation) that would either maybe take 1hp every 2 seconds (Radiation) or impare your vision (Dust) at maybe it could last about 5 hours (in game)

This idea has been thrown around from time to time. I like the suggestion you made, but it's already been suggested.

Dunno if it would be added 'cus PNRP is already pretty laggy for some people.

Don't know. The radiation part I'd assume not, but dust I would think it could cause some lag. Still a good idea though.

Dust can cause lag depending on how it's implimented. If you want it realistic, it'd cause quite a bit of fps lag. Plus, it would need tagged geometry on the maps to work right, so it'd be custom PNRP maps only. You could do a drawn animated texture on the player's screen, but if it diimed or disappeared when you went inside, outside would look clear. Just strange all around. If we had a bigger team, maybe, but not anytime soon.

Radiation storms are different. Ther are methods to darken the screen, sounds for warning players, possibly different methods to hide from and slow down the damage of rad storms. Would be cool, and is currently on the "maybe" to "probably" list. We'll see.
