Thats a great idea: it will probabaly increase the use of that class as well.

Wastelander already has: 150 HP and Bonus to endurance
Scavenger has a bonus to running speed and bonus to scavenge
Engineer doesnt have anything. Maybe you can add a bonus to production? (a *random* chance to use less materials when creating guns, maybe a backpacking bonus?)
^I know there are already skills for that, but theres also skills for running speed and scavenging.
Scientist can have a max suit power bonus?
And like crazy suggested: Cultivator can have a bonus to hunger.
I think these stats will help balance the classes a bit more.
