[Bug] Allied War Requests

Hi,

When an ally of your community goes to war, you receive a diplomacy action asking if you want to go to war with them as well. Upon trying to cancel the war in the wars tab, you get a message in chat, saying "you have already sent this community a diplomacy request", and it will not let you cancel the war.
