I just looked through the logs and saw that Face removed dev mode less than one minute before Darksoul killed him. This means that yes, Darksoul could have thought that he still had dev mode activated therefore Face really should not have kicked for RDM, he should have kept cool and thought about what happened before he acted. And I told Face this over a steam message (he is currently offline and will receive the message later).

But Dark, no, you cannot have respected back, you exhibited some pretty unruly behavior the night of the altercation, as well as a snotty attitude towards me, and I didn't like it.

Edit: I'd like to add that the reason I got pretty peeved when I saw this thread is because that all of this actually happened 9 days ago, and when I saw this, all I thought was "WOW, REALLY?"
