2. Was logged into the server when no admins were online. Started a group consisting of himself, Vinyl Scratch, and Blizzy Bluefur. Associated with this group throughout the time that they had been RDMing, and propkilling, though he did not do any of the propkilling, he did do actual killing. This ban was issued because he spent an hour roaming with a group of individuals who were completely causing chaos on the server, breaking multiple rules, and he did absolutely nothing to stop it. He was along with them for the fun of it, it would appear
3.This all happened between 3:00 AM and 4:00 AM eastern time this morning (3/28/2013).

6. when it said i did do actuall killing i killed people when they came into my base when there where signs that said "no trespassing", and i was in a Skype call and i told them multiple times to stop or i will call an admin and they wouldn't so i eventually left and did my own thing.

You were roaming with Blizzy and Vinyl while they were breaking rules, RDMing, propkilling, etc, and you did nothing to stop it.

The logs showed not even one instance of you telling them to stop what they're doing, you were going to tell an admin, etc. However, when Blizzy propkilled someone named Potatoface, Potatoface decided to propkill back in self defense (which is just as bad as it is fighting fire with fire) and actually kills Blizzy. When Blizzy gets killed, you threaten Potato over OOC that you would report HIM to the admins if HE didn't stop.

One more thing I might add -- I saw a couple instances of Blizzy propkilling you, and you didn't seem to mind it very much, as you did not complain at all.. You only seemed to complain when other players were killing Blizzy or Vinyl with props, as they were doing to others.

The fact of the matter is, you did nothing to prevent or stop these people from creating chaos and breaking rules, and you were with them almost the entire time, and we have proof of that by logs and screenshots. That, and, you have been banned three times prior to this. This makes it the final straw, and the ban is permanent. Your appeal is denied, please find another server.
