maybe on radios, depending on the distance away you are from the other radio-holder, when using voice chat, your voice begins to grain and staticise? maybe this couldn't be implemented well, because you could use text chat to get past it... still a thought though!

It's possible. It's also possible to jumble or remove letters from chat text. XD But yeah, possible, just don't know how to do static effects.

I suggest that radio signal strength gets weak when you are inside, and stronger when you are outside.
