Cant get Gamemode to work

ok i have Gmod 13 and i tried to download it (SVN link)
but it wont show up as a gamemode...
how do i get it working?
i am trying to run it singleplay btw

singleplayer is easy to run it. just make sure the svn is in your gamemode folder and that its put as Gamemodes\PostNukeRP\(all files here), i know i had trouble where it made a custom folder called pnrp and had the postnukerp inside, just make sure the postnukerp folder is directly in the gamemodes folder. then just run singleplayer and in settings set it to postnukerp, should show up.
