unconnected

can anyone explain what the "unconnected" is? i've only seen it once or twice.. seems it might've just been lag or something, but meh

the only thing i can think of is an admin in that team. when i had my server up i could set myself in spectating team but still be running around on the map, and it said Unconnected.

So maybe if its not an admin they are bugged as not actually joined yet even though there playing.

Could be any number of things. Could have been someone who timed out durring connection. The person could be having bad lag issues, could be about anything.

Hard to say.

I have seen that happen before. But it does not cause any apparent or future problems. Though, I noticed you cannot kick the "unconnected" person / thing whenever it / him / her / WHATEVER IT IS / pops up.

This is a person downloading content, usually. They are connected, but player data doesn't push until they finish file-check.
