Is there a particular sever hoster that you need to run postnuke?

No, it will work on any Garrys Mod server or hoster that runs Garrys Mod. For info on how to setup a server, check out our wiki.

I saw the video. I just need more detail on the command line and how to accully run the gamemode.

The video tells how to set it to run PNRP as the default gamemode.

I am rather picky who all I add to my friends list. I do this to keep it from getting rather long.

And its not a command line. If you watched that part of the video or looked at the post about how to install the gamemode you would know that you have to put a line in the config file.
