Bug Section Cleanup

Trying to clean up the bug section, so you will probably notice alot of threads getting the tag [Fixed] added to them and so on.

All threads that involve a bug that is fixed will be locked to make sorting easier.

Keep in mind, if something is still a issue, by all means, post a new thread. Follow the bug posting guidlines and link to the old thread.

I am also updating the Issue Tracker with all the existing bugs that I find on the forums.
If you want to help save time, you can post the issue there as well. I still like bug reports on the forums since you can acually get faster responces from the poster and its easier to talk about the issue.
