New HUD in the works

Dedicated server working again, so work on pnrp should be able to start again soon.

just to ask, i love the pnrp_hud 2 on PNRP But the only problem i have with it is that it doesn't sow your current xp. (at least im fairly sure it doesn't) Would you be able to add it to it. i dont suppose that would be to hard or take too long

It does not show since the HUD 2 was done before the skills system was put in place, and we never updated t with the new features.
I will probably add it in this round though.

Since alot of people seem to like the current HUD 2, I may end up keeping that one as a option in the update.

ahh thats cool. i liked how the HUD 3 was looking, but my opinion still stands on having the health and such swaped to the bottom

Hud 3 will remain with the start bars at the top, but I can make a hud 4 with them swapped.
