gm_disaster_v2

I am updating the current version of gm_disaster.

So far I have made significant progress. I cut 4 MB off of the map size, and 4 minutes off of the map compile time in hammer editor.

The map's terrain is rebuilt, the underground area is fixed, buildings are being edited, some buildings were deleted, and the skybox was lowered.

The compile time in hammer editor was reduced from 10 minutes to 6 minutes. Not bad!

I am planning for more post-nukey featured areas to be added into the map.

Almost done. I have only a few buildings left to finish fixing, then I will finish my wasteland base. After the wasteland base, the 3D skybox.

After the 3D skybox, AI nodes.

After AI nodes, the map is done and will be able to be played live on PNRP. :D

planning on adding any buildings? i really think you should. that map gets really boring

maybe just add a few shacks here and there, maybe a building or two?

actually had an idea.
you know that huge empty desert-hill behind spawn? why not carve that into an air field? sound smart eh?

Hey Crazy, next time your able, mayb e you can show me the map again and I can give ya a review or some constructive criticism or w/e. Havn't seen the map in months.
