I'm making an attempt at a map for PNRP

Hey all,

I'm working on a map for PostNukeRP.

It's going to be an outside map kind of themed like postnuke_beta, except for having a different layout with buildings, ruins, and water, and different roads.

This map is just started --it could take months before it is ready-- so please don't be expecting it too soon.

I will be actively working on this map so we can play it as soon as possible. If you want a sneak preview of the current progress, I am MORE than willing to show it off (even if it's not near done)!

i played on the alpha version (alpha?) it already looks fun to play on =D

The map is coming closer and closer to Alpha status. Right now the gas station complete, and I am currently working on spawn, a small decimated town, and some roads. More to come.

Something I'd like to see in a map is a place which looks like its purposefully made for Sonic Miners. A sort of dilapidated factory with a line of broken down miners leading to some kind of refinery. Give a sense to the server that the Sonic Miners we use aren't something we've magically designed for use after the bombs fell, but some Pre-Nuke tech thats been salvaged and renovated. Just something I'd personally like to see.

Unfortuneately I have discovered that miners can't be static props (props that cannot be physgunned and are part of the map). So no miner factory. I will see if I can make a place where there is a spot for miners. We'll see.

You can make a miner factory, they have to be prop_dynamic or something like that. You will then need to set the flags on it so it can not be moved and such.
