The Propspammer goes by Elly[KingOfMemphis]. His Steam ID is (STEAM_0:1:16296034)
The Time was 3:30 PM Eastern Standard Time April 4th.
He was on the server for a while before he started doing this, I think he just started to get mad or something. He Propspammed to his fullest extent then Left.
