[Ban][Perma] Vinyl Scratch

2. Logged on to the server last night while no admins were online. Got involved with a group consisting of pixelatedplayer, and Blizzy Bluefur. Vinyl, Blizzy and pixel started to kill some players using weapons. But a short bit later, Vinyl and Blizzy started prop killing players, but pixel did not. Logs recorded that Blizzy had propkilled a player named Potatoface. A short time later, Potatoface started to propkill back. It was Potato's choice to break the rules along with the others, but should Vinyl have not started propkilling with Blizzy, the happenings of last night could have been averted. Vinyl also was trolling a player named jorgenn (Raksho) specifically, typing fake chat commands like "!ban jor 0 Faggot", or telling jorgenn "Psst. I have your Ip..", etc. This is complete minge-like behavior.
3. This all happened between 3:00 AM and 4:00 AM eastern time this morning (3/28/2013).
