TOOBSERVEANDREPORT (a.k.a Labor Camp) is placed on a 24 hour ban from now. He had previously had bad behavior episodes, and he was only supposed to kill Remnant John (a.k.a Flying John) one time during a contract kill but kept KOSing (killing on sight) for "political reasons" which is not allowed.
His ban is up tomorrow.
