Summery: he could have mistakenly ran you over, it happens, and then got annoyed with your bitching and stabbed you(not saying this is right but i know how annoying people can get if you mistakenly kill them). or he could actually be a douch and did do it purposly. a 1 day ban is usually what rdmers get as a waring. unless there killes are like top 10's or over.

Alot of the RDM issues should be taken care of, once the Criminal system is in place.
