[PNRP] Gamemode Development

Please let it be known that after c4t had come off of his 24 hour ban, he did not improve at all and as a matter of fact continued to insult the intelligence of myself and others, and continued to break multiple rules.

As a result of his behavior I have issued him a permanent ban.
