[Ban][Perma] obscurevillain (Riktov)

2. Player has displayed extremely horrendous behavior toward other players. Insulting, harassing, spawn-killing, RDM, death wishes toward Darksoul, etc. Video / audio evidence was captured, and viewed by an owner of TBU, myself, Clay, Dark, Grand, Metroid, and Patrick Rapepants.

3. Ban issued today around 9:30PM EST.
