[PNRP] Gamemode Development

1. Darkpwnage (STEAM_0:1:32626234)
2. Player was involved in a mass conflict between a few parties. I wound up having to come into the server to maintain order since there was a lot of OOC flaming and things getting out of hand. I organized a peace treaty to the conflict which he was engaged in, since he and his friend clearly indicated that they dislike fighting / being killed by enemies. However, he blew it. He didn't take the treaty, and kept on fighting. After which, he raged more. He wound up telling me to shut the fuck up, and he called me a faggot. I had enough after doing everything I could to help, and getting shat on.

This ban can be overturned should there ever be an appeal.
3. Today around 12:30PM EST.

Unbanned Darkpwnage as a second chance after he apologized through his friend (since I had removed him after last night).

Ban reinstated. Tonight DarkPwnage randomly killed SwampDonkey directly outside of the spawn room door. Two screenshots were provided of him and a member of his community, named twilightpaw00. On top of that, he has been very rude toward other players and toward administrative authority, by questioning and arguing about the rules persistently, flaming in OOC, and insulting me. This conflicts directly with having respect for other players while not roleplaying, and respecting owners' / admins' word. This ban can no longer be appealed.

Ban reinstated again. Somehow, it was bypassed. I have also banned DarkPwnage's IP address as well.
