Player has consistently abused OOC by entering unimportant / irrelevant messages, has also insulted players by name-calling when he was in the wrong, has also prop spammed (screenshots of the spam were provided), and has also displayed troll-like behavior such as falsely claiming RDM after provoking a kill. As this is his first ban, it will not be permanent (even though this could be grounds for a perma).
