2. Player was being argumentative after being told to stop. I sent out a warning to players in the server to not abuse OOC because of abuse that had been going on earlier from that moment. Leviticus started off with "ooc was completely quiet wtf" and then I explained that I was referring to earlier. He says "Well it's already stopped so your warning isn't necessary", I tell him that it is necessary, and he says "How so? You're telling someone to stop doing something when they're not doing it." even though I explained that it was from earlier. I explained that by not warning players to not abuse, it can happen again, after which I told him to quit being a smart alec. He replied with "Alec*" because I didn't capitalize the name. I told him "I will kick you from the server if you continue." and he replied with "What rule am I breaking? Please I would really like to know". Here's the rest of the chat log:

Console: You're trying to be a smartass with me and I'm not taking it, stop now or get a one-way ticket out of the server.
Leviticus: //OK, I will take another look at the rules myself, thanks Console.
Console: The rules state 'Do not argue with Owners or Admins. This server is only public because we allow it to be. Owners word is law. You can and will be kicked or banned for this.'
Console: So when I tell you to stop being a smartass, stop being a smartass. Got it?
Console: It'll get you no respect from me.
Leviticus: // Well I'm not being a smartass in the first place so I can't really stop something I haven't started.
Console: You were smart from my warning to Rice up 'till now.
Leviticus: // I'm also not really arguing with you.
Console: You are indeed.
Console: You're being kicked.

I kicked him off the server as a warning for arguing, after making several attempts to explain. He rejoins, and starts off by mocking me:

Leviticus: // Please don't abuse me guys.
Leviticus: // You will get a kick.

And it continues!

Console: Do you really want to continue?
Console: Really?
Leviticus: I'm not, really. You said it yourself if you abuse OOC you will get kicked...
Console: Mocking me? Really?
Leviticus: I'm not mocking you. Those are your words and also a warning to the entire server.

If it wasn't mocking, it was sarcasm, either way it was disrespectful. So I'm sorry that if I don't meet your expectations, Leviticus, but you can't come on the server and be rude to everyone, especially admin staff...
