2. In-game name was Bob Marley. Player was involved in a conflict which he had allegedly shot someone with a shotgun. This couldn't be proven. There were no rock-solid pieces of evidence suggesting that he actually started the brawl. However. After the brawl had started, Bob had started abusing props. When I came onto the console every player except for 1 other player complained of him either prop blocking, prop killing, or other prop abuse. I joined and heard everyone's stories, and tried to weigh the evidence. I dropped the claims of mass RDM and complaints of who killed who, and stuck with the 4 separate complaints of prop abuse.
