Reason: Joining the server whilst no admins are on thinking he can get away with some mischeif. Prop blocking everyones houses and bases, prop flying away into the air, prop spamming a certain part of the map where everyone had their bases.
I ban pretty much all prop spammers permanently without question as I feel they are the epiphany of rule breakers. Not only do they give not a care to the server by spamming it with props, I doubt they even want to try playing it. They can't make any excuse for prop spamming like "I didnt kno da roolz" because that's just silly. If you wish to comment on my judgement do so. I'll read over it
