Apologies and hopes of Redemption (Warning-Long Story)

It was last night, around midnight... A quiet and somewhat peaceful zombie infested wasteland was strongly in existence. I walked out of spawn to greet my fellow community members in which who were strangely having a knife fight, I asked them to knock off the slacking so we could get down to business with what we needed done. Upon walking out, they had been jokingly running towards me to knife me, then when they actually began to (still jokingly) I had opened fire killing the main one to the cause.. Such a sad moment in time, but quite not so long after, the next man came and threw his knife wielding hand into my body. I had only one choice to my survival... 15 5.57 bullets to his skull, chest and groin area... The terrible recoil of that weapon was ofcourse why he was torn straight down the middle. Upon them respawning, we were then surrounded by zombies, some fast, most slow... Upon taking aim at my first target, the fast zombie with its incredible speed I fired many rounds towards it, the recoil was difficult to control as the gun was firing above, below, left and right of where I asked my bullets to fly. Shortly after this spraying... A man walked out of the spawn door, so fast it all had happened... Him running in my line of fire, me stopping as he and the zombies corpses fell to the ground at the same instant... What had I done?... I ran to his body and apologized to the man, offered help, but he was limp, it was too late... (I apologized after he ran in front of my firing and such, honest mistake of mine and I did offer to give him his things back in which he lost.) Shortly after I heard words come from a ghost... "I am getting an admin" it claimed... I was confused, why must there be an admin involved? An honest mistake and an apology should have been enough to satisfy a mature younger man... But it seems all had been lost of my faith in the world as the banhammer struck me around one A.M... A sad day in the life of DarkPwnage... ( I did previously get perm banned for being very rude to CrazyKid in my ragefit when I was being constant raided by the top players although afterwards I tried to sincerely apologize to him through one of my friends, in which he accepted and let me back. I hope this was good enough to get me back in the server, I really enjoy it and I enjoy bringing friends in to play, I can't deal with that Frostburnt server, its just boring compared to this one. I apologize for this happening as much as I apologize for this long probably unenjoyable story).

Your appeal is denied. Your ban is permanent, as this is your second time being permanently banned. You will not be allowed back on the server. I don't know how you were able to connect after being permabanned but it doesn't matter now. Nice name change, though. It threw me off until someone pointed out that it was you.

Wanna know something? That whole day I wasn't bothering anyone. If you really think a permanent ban was the right choice, thats real severe... You obviously want to loose the player base for that server, because its where you heading perm banning people for such small things... An accidental spawn kill, even if one wasn't to be an accident... It shouldn't be a PERMA-Ban. If your gonna tell me all the people who constantly disrespected me are fine too? They talked a day straight about me in OOC. Nothing was really done about that, one kick. But fine, I don't really need that server to play on dude, you permabanned me like I was rdming left and right, your choice and I will accept it, good bye Post Nuke RP.

I don't usually reply to these, but after all the issues with this case I will be this time.

The ban will remain perma, with no way of having it removed. Why? A few reasons.

If you think I am taking this stance because Crazy is my Lead Admin or because I take his word over any one else, you will be wrong. Crazy will tell you that I do take every side into consideration.

You came off a perma ban, something I might add is a rare occurrence on our server. We generally don't allow people to come off of perma bans.

If you had not gone off the handle on my admin staff the way you did outside of the game, your ban may have only been a day, week, or less.
You cant tell a admin to "shut the fuck up" and such without expecting something to happen in return. The perma was for your attitude with the admin staff, not for "small things" as you put it.

If this perma was for being rude to the admins that first time... After my apology I got unbanned. I was never rude like that again, I never put down an admin, I only asked questions of this ban at that time... If this was a renewal for my perma ban for being rude, then I suppose it was a week and a half later? Because this perma ban was for what I said, an "RDM at spawn" as claimed...

You were rebanned becouse you were supposed to be perma banned. I do not know how you got unbanned after my last post, but your perma ban is perma.
Not to mention that you spawn killed someone when getting back on the server. War or no, you do NOT spawn kill.
I have seen a screenshot proving this.

As a note, trolling by you or drama over this matter and you will also be banned from these forums.

The ban on the PNRP server is Perm, will stay perma with no chance of appeal.
This is final, and nothing you can say can sway me on this.

Another warning, Anyone else harrassing my admins or anyone else about your ban will be banned as well.

Locking this and banning you.
I pay for the servers, I pay for the forums. You were banned for breaking the rules and harrasing admins.
You were given a 2nd chance that most people are not given and you blew it.

I do not charge for people to play on the server. Me and Lost developed the gamemode with our own time and did not ask anything in return. We distribute our code for free.

I make the rules becouse I pay for the server. You dont pay for the server.
The rules are resonable and strait foward. And I dont see how you expect to not get banned when insulting a admin as well. Try going up to a police officer after breaking a law and insulting him to see were that gets you. Your actions have repercutions on the internet as well.
