[Ban][Perma] pixelatedplayer

1. pixelatedplayer (STEAM_0:1:7611729)
2. Was logged into the server when no admins were online. Started a group consisting of himself, Vinyl Scratch, and Blizzy Bluefur. Associated with this group throughout the time that they had been RDMing, and propkilling, though he did not do any of the propkilling, he did do actual killing. This ban was issued because he spent an hour roaming with a group of individuals who were completely causing chaos on the server, breaking multiple rules, and he did absolutely nothing to stop it. He was along with them for the fun of it, it would appear.
3. This all happened between 3:00 AM and 4:00 AM eastern time this morning (3/28/2013).
