[Ban][Perma] Blizzy Bluefur

1. Blizzy Bluefur (STEAM_0:0:50811613)
2. Was logged into the server while no admins were online. Was in a group consisting of pixelatedplayer, and Vinyl Scratch. This group started to kill players using weapons but a short time later started to propkill players (but pixelatedplayer did not do any of the propkilling). Blizzy Bluefur was the first person to initiate propkilling in this group. He and Vinyl Scratch both were propkilling players such as jorgenn (Raksho), Potatoface, etc, they were breaking major rules here. When Blizzy got confronted by a player in OOC about the propkilling, he shrugged it off an answered "What is this prop killing you speak of?" when there is clear evidence of it going on in the server logs. This player showed complete minge-like behavior, and it is unacceptable therefore a permaban is in effect.
3. This all happened between 3:00 AM and 4:00 AM eastern time this morning (3/28/2013).
