Well today was an ordinary day of postnuke RP, I was out playing in bunker as its one of the maps i can stand. Face and his crew took over the bunker so I walked up to face and said "Hey Face, can I come in?" to which he replied "Oh god it's you. Fuck off skinhead" I of course was offended and said "Wow, somebody is in a bad mood" and walked off. Then when I was clear enough away so where I wouldn't get blasted I stated in OOC "Face is the worst admin". To which he replied by permanently banning me with the reason stated above. I don't see why Face is still an admin but I would like to be unbanned as this was a CLEAR case of abusing power. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope you unban me and do something about Face, because having a personal vendetta against players is just wrong.

Ok, the ban is going to stay.

You were given a week ban prior to today because of your behavior. The ban was up today. So the first thing you mentioned about face denying you into his base, that's fine. If he told you to screw off, that's also fine. But the thing you did wrong here, is going in OOC and saying "Face is the worst admin". I seriously don't think that would help (because in your case, it did not help at all).

And here is one more thing. Face is not a bad admin for PNRP. He does his job well. And so do the other admins. Just because he told you to screw off, has nothing to do with how he helps manage the server.

EDIT #1: The ban length is permanent.
EDIT #2: Wanted to add this: It was a little harsh of face to put it in those words. But it was in the RP moment. So that is what makes it OK. But damn, I'll agree, that was harsh.

Have not resurched the situation personally, but instulting a admin in ooc right when comming off a ban is usually a bad idea. Kind of screams "ban me" really.

First off, I made the ban permanent instead of a week ban (Usually the most I give a person), was because after your first week ban you came back showing that you have learned nothing.

Allow me to explain the events prior to your week ban. After the event I hosted which you won, you celebrated with a Nazi salute--Something I take SERIOUS offense to--And because of this you only won one small part instead of the miner I had planned. After which, you threw a tantrum in OOC and insulted other players, one of my friends if were going to be a bit more specific. You kept going on after a few warnings. I was going to have none of that, hence your week ban.

Now, to respond to your plea (I'm late to the party I will admit, but I wish to have my fair say.), Yes I will admit I was a bit harsh. But that is generally how I am. I was raised to run a tight ship and have high expectations. I am also not afraid to jump to the insult gun, a common trait I show while roleplaying. City life in a nutshell. I am trying my best to lower my expectations because not everyone was raised the same way I was. This is about the time you started to push my buttons. You did not say "Oh wow someones mad", you said "Are you mad because you're a bad admin? <3" I decided to brush it off because knowing you, you enjoy joking around. We all do. So after you left, thirty seconds later you type "face is a bad admin lolololololol" in OOC. This showed me that not also did you learn nothing from your week ban, despite the fact you were gone LONG after I gave the ban. This also showed me that you were going to keep this up. I'm not going to have someone bully me and get away with it. I've had my fair share of bullies and frankly I can't stand them to say the very least. Hence your permanent ban. I can recommend a few RP servers to you if you want to bring your bad attitude elsewhere, where it will be more accepted.

So what you just said was..you took things too far and decided to permaban me when I'm actually a decent guy when you AREN'T being an ass-hat? (Excuse my language for lack of a better word) I'd really like to be unbanned because I have alot of progress in this server. If face agrees to stop being a jerk, i'll agree to stop treating him like one. I really would like another chance.

Dude, you can't be serious. You're calling face a jerk in your own ban appeal? How do you get off thinking that acting like that will get you unbanned? You've been the one acting like it for the last two weeks, and you have not learned a thing from your last week ban.

No, that is not going to float. Bottom line, if you had a issue with a admin, you take it up with the Lead Admin or Owner. I have stated this before. Instead you made the bone head move of throwing fuel on the fire and saying that over OOC. Most people would know better than to poke at a admin right after comming off a ban.

Your above statement means that even if we let you back in, you would still continue to be a problem.

Owners or Lead Admins can reply to this post as they see fit, but I am locking it.

Fair warning, and I say this from past issues. Please do not repost or continue this disscussion Apple Bot, or any other players for that matter. I do not want to resort to forum bans as well.
