[Fixed] 50.4 Known Issues

Created this thread to track the overall issues that the most recent update created.
50.4 was a big update on the back end of the gamemode and some issues were bound to come up.

The recent crashes on the server are not related, I was informed that it started earlier yesterday. I have submitted a ticket.

Known Issues:
RP Names not working
Turret Programmer (Odd this one since I did not edit this ent, oh well)

Pet headcrabs don't have name tags.
