[Fixed][Bug]turret programmer

The Turret programmer doesn't seem to work.

the moment you use it, it turns into a radio. as as we know radios are also bugged so there's no way of getting it back.

I did test it a ton before putting it on. It may be an issue with how it's put into your inventory, possibly. May want to just make one and press E on it an see how it goes. There may be some specific issues with putting it into inventory from the equip menu, but I do know that it spawns and equips correctly when placed on the ground.

Um... just a question, are radios also fixed when you fixed this issue. or are radios still bugged?
