[PNRP] Gamemode Development

Hello,

I know that I have posted this in the past but I can't help but bring it up again. Seems now that it's getting worse.. Some people's props do not automatically become un-owned once the player leaves the game. I'll join the server almost every day and find someone's props, still owned by them, but they logged off hours prior.
