[PNRP] Gamemode Development

If you die while constructing any item in the game the progress bar continues infinitely, leaving you unable to respawn or cancel the build. Your only choice from there is to rejoin the server.

If you die while breaking into a personal or community storage locker, you are unable to switch away from your hands SWEP even after a respawn.

Both should be pretty easy to fix. Just have to make sure we fire the function that stops the progress bar on death.
