Radstorm amount too high for pn_isolation_v2

If you've been around a bit, you know that just recently pn_isolation_v2 came out. Lovely map, but if you remember, the v1 version specifically had reduced chance for radstorms. Now on the V2, instead of being rare, radstorms happen extremely commonly. In roughly an hour I counted at least 5 radstorms. To make matters worse, because there isn't a spawn building per say, anyone who joins in during a radstorm is pretty much forced to quickly break the rules and make a prop umbrella or die from the storm.

For the lazy: pn_isolation_v2's radstorm rate is crazy high when is should be somewhat low.
I support using pulleys as an alternative to winches.
