[Bug] Player Unable To Open Community Menu

First off I want to say that I haven't had any other players confront me about a problem like this until now. I am unable to recreate the problem. However I decided to post it here. MissleLauncher21's community window wouldn't open until he left his community. Before I left my community, I tried the ADM edit button on his community, and it failed. The window closed.
This all happened around 8-9PM EST on 5/5/2013.
