Currently, the community window is very basic.

I propose that we allow more features:
Ally's/enemy's
War points for killing enemy's
Enemy's would be kos
Ally's and enemy's would have to accept a request so mutual wars are easier
Allow applications for joining communities
Shares community stockpiles/depots
Methods for identification of ally's/enemy's - next to name tag
Gifting system for sending resources to allies

Currently a war system for the community system is in the works. It will eventually be implemented. One example on the war system would be the name tag above players' heads. If you see an enemy from the community you're at war with, their box might be outlined in red, while the members of your own community would have a green outline.

You can already KOS the opposing force during a clan war, that is written in the rules. All known enemies can be KOS'ed.

If I interpreted what you wrote correctly, you are basically suggesting a confirmation window for both communities to use in a declaration of war. Not really too sure if I like this idea or not, mainly because when one side declines the war, the other might just go ahead and wage war anyway, not using the war system. In my opinion, one side should be able to declare war without getting consent from the other. It just makes sense that way. Otherwise, like I said, they probably would not use the war system and they would wage war anyway.

An application system for players joining communities has not really been discussed as far as I know, neither has a gifting system.

Could you elaborate on shared community stockpiles / lockers a bit more? Not really sure what you're getting at there.

Shared lockers and stockpiles would allow allies to access them

Anyway wars have to be mutual currently so if it is handled on a mutual basis within the community system, it would make it easier
