[PNRP] Gamemode Development

I was thinking, maybe have it so that the radio could only send / receive messages typed in group chat. Thought of this because when you type in group, it says [RADIO] before your name which is awesome.

it would make sense.
Perhaps when you have a radio and you turn it on just chatting normally will be exactly the same, anyone on that radio freq still cant read it but if you use u to chat then it uses the radio and chats to everyone else. so this way you can still chat in private without bothering to turn your radio on and off.

It was actually supposed to. Sorta. Well, what it's supposed to be is if you're in the range of the chat if talking regularly, it wouldn't have [RADIO] on it, only when you're on the same radio channel and on. I messed up something somewhere in that script.
