perhaps when shot you could have a 60% chance to bleed? you would bleed until you apply a bandage which would be relatively common, found in scrap piles, maybe craftable by scientists (or even scavvers and wastelanders)

also perhaps maybe a 30% chance to bleed on a zombie punch?

Sounds interesting, but I think the bleed chance would be a bit high.

I'd love to make an injury system based around all sorts of stuff like this. It all just has to do with time constraints and if we really want to spend all that time on that single system. I guess I'll throw a maybe, but honestly, it'll only be done if I decide on a whim someday to overhaul the health and injury system.
