an EMP storm is an interesting idea- i think it should cause all miners, radars, radios, Cnc mills, airators, and any other electric focused tools or generators to be disabled and sparking.
Gas generators should be the only thing that still run in an EMP scenario, not that the player would be able to hook them to anything!

I like the idea behind this... I don't see gas generators often enough in the server. I think I've seen it being used once on Atomic by Clay or Misty, but that was it.
