Buddy list

so its been like this always and can be quite the annoyance. but placing someone on your buddy list will not keep them there over map change, unsure if this can be fixed or is like that on purpose but i thought id say!

Buddy lists were not permanent on propose.

ok then, if thats the case, would it be possible to have a perma buddy list. so next to the current buddy ist you can choose perma buddies that stay.
instead of clicking add buddy you can choose add perma buddy?

i think that would help us all out alot. (depending on why its supposed to be not this way)
