worms has nothing to do with fuel. We are allready half way done of fixing them acually. To get a worm a wastelander will have to harvest a egg from a antlion hill. Each hill has a limited number of eggs. Guards have a rare chance of dropping them.
Breeding rate has also been reduced, and you have to pair up two worms for them to breed, and the two worms have the chance of spawning one. Instead of the current method where every worm near another has a chance. Breeding and hatching will still be done with the Science class.
We are also going to add a food that has to be fed to the worms, details on this part later on (since we are still in the middle of working on this).
As for miners and power systems, Each generator will have a limited load that it will supply, so you can not hook unlimited things to one generator. Each type of generator will require a different type of fuel. Gas generator will require gas of course. So the more miners you have out, the more generators you will need, the more generators you have, the more fuel it will cost you to run. That is how we will balance out the miner issue basically.
