hanging or beheading

so i was thinking more about the hostage thing. and i thought, how about having some sort of hang post or guillotine. any player you make press "use" on these things will be either hung or have their head cut off. they will be put there for as long as you like and will stay there, the player CAN try to run after say 2mins but obviously face you killing them for trying, or they can stay put. the people holding the person hostage will be trying to get money out of their community, so you can ask one of the other members to pay for their friends escape. If the holder decides to kill the hostage the 10% of stuff they were holding goes to the captor rather than just into thin air.

This cannot be abused and made so people do it over and over for stealing other people materials as the hostage/player needs to actually press "use" to enter the hanging or beheader which im sure they wont do a second time unless RP forced.
