i know that there are handcuffs on the PNRP server, hidden away in losts secoret file of no return but i think that handcuffs/binds, binds as in, rope that works as handcuffs, should be added the PNRP build menu, for multiple reasons

i think you have a model, but you don't exactly need one if you think about it, maybe make a custom reticle as a circle in photoshop or something no animation, just makes a rope/cuff sound when holding click on someone for like, 5 seconds or so and they are forced to put away any weapons and follow the person who cuffed them

though, maybe the maximum time to have someone cuffed could be like, maybe 2 minutes? so minges couldn't just make one and go around holding people hostage.

have it cost about say, 30 scrap, 50 small parts (if it's cuffs, 0 if not) and 40 chems (just for shits and giggles)

Ok, all I have to say is this. Why? Then I might consider the other implications. XD

holding another member of someone's community hostage in order for them to get him back they must pay for him. say taking the leader of a community or something. and if your community is big enough you could keep cuffing him with different people doing it untill they pay. or untill everyone has used there cuffs on him and cant anymore and he can try to escape.

^ just of the top of my head xD, not saying cuffs would be a great idea. but i suppose they could be fun.

It could help as an RP element I suppose. However I think that there should be alot of thought as to conditions that must be met in order to handcuff a player. Mainly just because this kind of thing can be abused in the extreme.
I like the idea of being able to cuff players,
If somebody is in my base without warning, I can run up to and cuff him rather than kill him, See if he meant any harm, and if he didnt i can uncuff him and have him leave.
