[PNRP] Gamemode Development

okay, killin myself in math class here,bored to living death (that's right )

i know this has been mentioned before somewhere, but the help menu should be totally redone, and cover EVERY thing, i see noobies that actually have read the help menu, and still don't know alot..
maybe at things like:
-the TBU rules
-menu navigation
-maybe embed Crazy's video?

once i get home and to my PC i will make a much more complete list

The video sounds cool, It should also be on start up in the MOTD.
I mentioned about having the Rules on the help menu too rather than Just the motd as most people never read the motd.
menu navigation sound allright, i dont think it would be needed, but an interesting one would make people more likely to read it, esspecially if each thing is seperate, then it doesnt look all clumped and like there too much to read.

We did not include rules and such to the help menu because we took into consideration for other servers after release. Other servers may have different rules.

ahh i get yah now. crazy tried explaining this to me ingame but i was like tired and "huh?"
