[PNRP] Gamemode Development

I think it would be nice if the admin menu had a toggle for the convar "g_ragdoll_maxcount". That convar controls how many NPC bodies lay around after they're dead, it'd be useful for when videos are being recorded etc. You can't remove the bodies without either cleaning up the whole server or changing the convar to 0.

Will look into that, Currently the only thing the Admin menu affects are PNRP settings for the most part. I may make a new tab for GMod settings.
